Viva Esperanza is a brand created by two amigas, Aida and Andrea, to celebrate and share the beauty of Mexican culture through carefully curated products that reflect tradition, craftsmanship, and heritage.

We work with talented artisans and suppliers from Mexico to bring you authentic, high-quality items that showcase the richness of Mexican culture and craftsmanship.

At this time, we primarily ship within the U.S., but we are working on expanding our shipping options. Stay tuned for updates!

Orders may take 5-7 business days to fulfill and ship after being processed. During high volume seasons, orders may take longer to ship.

Pre-Orders will ship once items are in stock, please refer to product information for tentative shipping timeframes.

We are unable to accept returns, or exchanges due to the nature of our handmade products and limited quantities. All online sales are final. Carefully review your order prior to placing an order. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your purchase order number, photos or videos of damaged item(s) and contact information.
