Shipping Policy

Orders may take 5-7 days to fulfill and ship after being processed. During high volume seasons, orders may take longer to ship. 

Pre-Orders will ship once items are in stock, please refer to product information for tentative shipping timeframes.

Exchanges & Returns
We are unable to accept returns, or exchanges. All online sales are final. Carefully review your order prior to placing an order.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your purchase order number, photos or videos of damaged item(s) and contact information. 

Shipping Delays
We are unable to guarantee an estimated shipping arrival date or time. Viva Esperanza is not liable for shipping delays. 

Stolen/Lost/Not Delivered Packages
Viva Esperanza is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. Please reach out your local USPS office for any issues regarding stolen, lost or packages that have not been delivered.  You may also reach out to the USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777)

Pre-Orders
Pre-Order are provided with a tentative date and are not a guaranteed shipping date. Tentative shipping dates may change due to any delays in shipping or other issues out of Viva Esperanza's hands. Viva Esperanza will make every effort to keep you updated with pre-order shipping dates. 

Pre-Orders cannot be canceled.
